Domain registration is billed separately, at the prices on the Hosting page (.com, .eu and others). We register the domain in your name and renew it every year. If you already have a domain, we simply connect it to your hosting.

Yes. Everything is done remotely, by email, phone or video call. Our servers are in the European Union.

Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or Yahoo Mail are more reliable, filter spam better and work on every device. We set up the first email address on your domain for free, and each additional one at our hourly rate of €35.

We move everything for you: files, database and settings. Your website keeps running in the old place until the new one is live, so there's normally no downtime. Migration is free.

You can run up to 11 different websites on one plan, each with its own domain. Registering each domain is billed separately, as with any other provider.

Hosting yearly in advance, maintenance monthly, and a new website 50% upfront and 50% on delivery, or as agreed. We are not registered for VAT, so our invoices don't include VAT.

Contact us at any time; we're available 24/7 for emergencies. For clients with maintenance we monitor the website ourselves, so we often know about a problem before you do.
