We collect only what we need to reply to you and provide the service.

What data we collect
The data you enter in a form: name or company name, email, phone, tax number (only when ordering hosting, for the invoice) and the content of your message. To protect against abuse, we also temporarily record your IP address.
Why
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and provide the agreed service (legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract and performance of a contract), and to meet our legal obligations related to invoicing.
How long
Enquiries that don't lead to working together are deleted after 12 months at the latest. Invoice data is kept for as long as accounting regulations require.
Who we share it with
No one, for advertising. The data is stored on servers inside the European Union. When we register a domain, the necessary data is passed on to the domain registry.
Cookies and analytics
We don't use cookies for tracking or advertising, which is why there is no cookie notice.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and object to its processing, by emailing info@quartz.hr. You can also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr) or the data protection authority in your country.
